Shipping rates are calculated in realtime by the UPS rate calculation tool. You may pick available shipping methods which correspond to your shipping location.
Return Policy for Skincare Products
If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our website, you may return the item(s) within 14days for a product exchange equal in value or a full refund. Due to the nature of our products, full refunds will only be given if the product is unopened and seals have not been broken. If the product has been used, an exchange will be offered of equal value or more.
Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. For authorization to process a return, please call 212.807.1866 or contact us on line. Unfortunately, any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Skinworks Dermatology PLLC.
Shipping fees are only refundable when the original items were either shipped incorrectly or damaged. We ask that you return your items via insured UPS. Should your return be lost or damaged in transit, carriers require that you file the tracer or claim. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Please allow up to two to four weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a refund or exchange will be made depending on your request.

In the event you should want to cancel your order, please call 212.807.1866 or contact us online. Please note, there will be a restocking fee of 25% of the total purchase price, and you will be responsible for any shipping and handling fees that result from your order’s cancellation.
